Pricing guide — updated July 2026
What things actually cost.
The short answer: a business website costs ₹30,000 – ₹2,50,000 to build (≈ $350 – $3,000) plus ₹2,500 – ₹8,000 per month for managed hosting and care; a mobile app costs ₹3,00,000 – ₹20,00,000 (≈ $3,500 – $24,000); and an AI automation project costs ₹50,000 – ₹5,00,000 (≈ $600 – $6,000).
The long answer — what moves each number up or down that range — is below. Prices are in Indian rupees with indicative US dollar equivalents (≈ ₹85 per dollar, rounded) and exclude tax. These are the ranges we actually quote from, not bait.
01 — Websites
Website development
Website pricing has two separate parts: a one-off build price for designing and building the site, and a monthly care plan that keeps it hosted, secure and updated after launch. Here is each.

Monthly care plan

After launch, the care plan replaces hosting bills, renewal reminders and hunting for a developer. It covers:
- Hosting on Vercel-class cloud infrastructure
- Domain and SSL certificate management and renewals
- Automated backups of your content and code
- Framework and dependency updates, security patches
- Uptime monitoring
- Minor content and design changes each month (text, images, small tweaks)
The lower end covers hosting, maintenance and about an hour of small changes per month. The upper end adds more change-hours, content updates and a monthly summary of how the site is doing. The plan is month-to-month — no annual contract, cancel any time with a full handover.
What moves the price up
- E-commerce, booking systems, member logins or payment integration
- Many pages or several languages
- Custom illustration, photography direction or animation
- Migrating a large existing site with redirects to preserve rankings
- Tight deadlines that require compressing the schedule
What keeps it down
- Content that is ready (or close) — copy, images, offers decided
- A clear, small scope: one goal per page, no 'nice-to-haves' in v1
- Standard integrations we have wired many times (WhatsApp, Razorpay, Cal.com)
- Launching lean now and adding sections once the site is earning
02 — Mobile apps
App development
All ranges assume a cross-platform build — one codebase covering both iOS and Android, which is the right call for almost every business app and roughly halves the cost of building twice.

Apps also need ongoing care: OS updates, store policy changes, and small fixes. Budget roughly 15–20% of the build cost per year, or a monthly retainer we scope together.

- Payments, wallets or anything money-adjacent (more integration and more testing)
- Real-time features — chat, live tracking, notifications that must be instant
- Offline support with data syncing
- Multi-sided products (customer app + partner app + admin)
- Integrations with legacy or poorly documented systems
What keeps it down
- One core flow in v1 — resisting the everything-app
- Standard building blocks: OTP login, push, maps, analytics
- Using managed cloud services instead of custom infrastructure
- Design decisions made quickly, in scheduled reviews
03 — AI automation
AI projects
AI projects have a build cost and a running cost. The build cost is below. AI systems have running costs (model API usage plus hosting) billed at cost, typically ₹500 – ₹5,000 per month depending on volume. We set a monthly cap so there are no surprises.

Why do you publish prices when most agencies don't?
Because 'contact us for pricing' wastes everyone's time. Ranges let you self-qualify before we ever speak: if your budget and our numbers are far apart, you find out in two minutes, not two meetings. The ranges here are what we actually quote — not bait.
Are these fixed quotes?
They are honest ranges, not quotes. After a discovery call we send a fixed-price proposal for a defined scope — so the number you sign is the number you pay. If scope changes mid-project, we price the change before doing the work, never after.
Do prices include GST?
Figures shown are exclusive of tax. For clients in India, 18% GST applies and you get a GST invoice. For international clients, no Indian GST is charged — you pay the invoice amount.
What if my budget is below these ranges?
Tell us the number on the call. Often we can phase the work — launch a smaller version now that covers the essentials, and add the rest when it is earning its keep. What we will not do is quote low and make it up in change requests later.
